Osmanthus Tea
  1. Swift freezing :
  Take 8 grams (about a soap spoon) of Osmanthus tea into 500cc of boiled water. Pour in theboiled water and keep them soakfor about 4 minutes. Prepare 500cc (about 50 small pieces) of clean ice cubes and pour the hot tea into them. Then you can enjoy it after mixing them evenly.
  2. Cool Soaking :
  Take 8 grams (about a soap spoon) of Osmanthus tea into 1000cc of boiled water. Then put them into a refrigerator or a cold storage. After 4-6 hours, get pleasure from the tea less the dregs.
  3. Hot Soaking and refrigerating :
  Take 8 grams (about a soap spoon) of Osmanthus tea into 500cc of boiled water. Pour the tea and keep them soakfor 1 minute. And then put the used 8 grams of Osmanthus tea into 500cc of boiled water for 3 minutes soaking; Pour the tea out and mix with the former. When itturns cooler, put them into a refrigerator or a cold storage for chilled drinking.
   
  Osmanthus Vine: Take one third of a small bundle of Osmanthus, A bottle of Rice Wine (about 500
  grams) and 75 gramsof rock sugar. Put Osmanthus and Crystal Sugar into Rice Vine and seal the bottle. Three months later, this Osmanthus Vine can be drunk.
   
  Osmanthus Vinegar: Take a small bundle of Osmanthus(about 50 grams), 500 grams of vinegar and 500
  grams of rock sugar. Put Osmanthus and rock sugar into the Vinegar. It can be consumedonly after a period of two months. Taking both hot drinks and cold drinks are ok.
   
  Sweet Osmanthus Jam: Put a small bundle of Osmanthus(about 100 grams) into 600cc of boiled water.
  Add 250 grams of rock sugar into it when the water is boiled again. Turn off the heat and put some Rice Wine in it. It's available after 15 days'of soaking.
   
  Salty Osmanthus Jam: Put a small bundle of Osmanthus(about 100 grams) into 600cc of boiled water. Add
  250 grams of cooking salt into it when the water is boiled again. Turn off the heat and put some Rice Wine in it. It's available after 15 days of soaking.
