Ingredients:
Pork chop : 0.5 kilogram
Perilla Plum : 12 grains
Garlic : 10 cloves
Bean paste : 0.5 kilogram
Soy sauce : 8 cc
 
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Cornstarch : 1 big spoon
Sesame oil : a little
 
Recipe:
1. Cut the bulb of garlic and plum pulps into small pieces.
2. Put the bulb of garlic,plum pulps and bean paste into oil and fry them into flavor. Ladle them aside as the sauce material for the whole dish.
3. Mix the pork chip, the sauce and the seasoning together. Set them on steamer for 30 minutes. Pouring the sesame oil and that's all.
