A: Of course! But it isn't open to members at present. Please send E-mail to tell us the following information:

b. What do you want change it into?

c. Please send information of your birthday to us for Member's ID-checking.

Then we will change your member's mail address according to your request.

 
 
  Q: How about the goods delivery and how much will I be charged for posting?

Normally, we shall prepare goods your ordered and send them to you within three or five workdays( not including holidays). The goods can be received within three days. If you haven't received your goods in seven days, please contact us:

We will ascertain the cause and handle it as soon as possible.

Anything unexpected happens such as goods running short temporarily, inventory etc. we will give you a telephone to tell you the reason and ask for your opinion whether you prefer waiting.

  Q: What shall I do if I want to return goods?
 
A: The consumers of Chuanhao Life all have rights to consider about it during seven days after received the goods. The goods to be returned must be absolutely new and well wrapped as the one we sent to you, if not, they can't be returned. Before you returned your goods, please send e-mail to FloraHung@mail.chuanhao.com or call us at 886-02-23774848 to tell us the reason of your returning, and then post your goods and invoice to the first floor of No.226 on the third section of east part of HePing Road in 106 Taipei. (Please afford the transportation expenses by yourself.) After our checking, we will send E-mail to inform you about returning payment.
 
 
  Q: How can I post the goods back?
 
A:Before your posting, please contact us by phone so as to confirm the addressee and the address.

When you post the goods back, please keep it original appearance (including goods, fittings, the manual, the letter of guarantee, the invoice and the sending receipt), make them well wrapped and send to the place we appointed by registered or express delivery.

The postage shall be paid by you temporarily. If it is our faults to cause you so much trouble, when we receive the goods which need to be returned or changed, we will give the postage back to you by check or bank remittance.

 
 
  Q: How long we can receive our payment for goods after return the goods?
 
A: We will remit money to you by bank within 14 workdays after the return procedure is finished. We will call you or send e-mail to you to ask for your bank account before remittance.

Especially: If your return is not caused by goods' own defects, we will deduct the postage and NT$150 as the expense of the whole process from your returning payment.

 
 
  Q: How about your goods-changing policy if the goods have defects originally or they are damaged during the delivery?
 
A: When you find the goods have defects originally or they are damaged during the delivery, if you post them back with original packing to us within 7 days after receiving, we will change them into new ones and send to you again. The postage will be given to you by check or bank remittance in 1 or 2 weeks after we receive the goods.

If beyond 7 days, the manufacture shall be responsible for your goods according to the warranty.

 
 
  Q: What kinds of goods can't be returned?
 
A: Those posted back beyond stipulated time can't be returned. (Postmark and receipt of receiving goods will be proof.)

Those in any lack of goods, fittings, the manual, the letter of guarantee, the invoice or the sending receipt can't be returned.

Those customized according to the request of customs can't be returned.

Those sold as special offers can't be returned.

Those which are damaged, dirtied, worn in packing or can't be recycled by manufacture caused by unsuitable using can't be returned.

Those like foods and medicines once opened can't be returned.

Those free gifts which have defects can be changed but not returned.

If your return is not caused by goods' own defects, you should pay us NT$150 as the expense of the whole process..

 
 
  Q: Do we need pay for E-mail Notifications subscribed?
